Abstrakt: Příspěvek se zabývá body zájmu, tzv. POI (Point Of Interest), které jsou součástí navigačních systémů GPS a mapových informačních portálů na internetu. Jak vyhledávat tyto body, jak si je vytvářet a zařazovat do kategorií a jak je využívat? Mohou se stát zajímavou součástí výuky geografie.
Abstract (EN): Points of Interest: Creation and Utilization. This article explores the topic of Points of Interest (POI), a useful extension of the GPS system that can be included in source map information. POI are also included in map information portals on the Internet. The article describes how to obtain such points, create them on your own and, subsequently, how to share them on the Internet. In addition, the possibility of sorting the points into categories will be described.
